We are looking for someone to help us rewrite existing/new website contents and create weekly blog posts. You must be aware of what is going on in the industry, and with that create content that promotes our clients brand. You must be able to craft content that optimizes SEO. Some requirements include the following:

• Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication
• Good at proofreading for errors
• Extremely creative with an eye for layout and design
• A strong strategist that understands the why behind the copy
• A good researcher, as they build content or look for ways to enhance the website
• A consumer of web content themselves; they know the medium and what techniques are most effective for engaging consumers
• Able to test the various website elements by seeking and gaining user feedback
• They must understand the user experience for their brand
• Can develop content for complex, efficient websites quickly
• They must be a good editor of written content

Requirements/Responsibilities

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Complete Daily sales reconciliations for all locations. Review cash, credit card, gift card, 3rd party sales receipts.
• Record and review all financial transactions
• Complete journal entries
• Prepare invoices as needed.
• Process all vendor payments
• Create various reports in excel for senior management
• Submit sales and expenses to outside CPA firm
• Process payroll through outside CPA firm
• Various administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

• Experience in Bookkeeping, accounting or accounts payable (Required)
• Proficient in MS Office Excel and Quick books (Required)
• Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
